Chen Naiwei, male, born in August 1957, is a member of the Jiusan Society. With a post-graduate diploma and a doctoral degree in law, Chen used to be the dean of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Law School, a senior partner at Shanghai-based AllBright Law Offices, and a professor at the Law School of Fudan University. He is currently the executive dean of the Fudan Shanghai Advanced Institute of Lawyers, chairman of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Intellectual Property Society, standing vice-chairman of the China Law Association on Science & Technology, and independent director of SAIC Motor.
Sun Zheng, male, born in December 1957, is a member of the CPC and holds a doctorate in economics. Sun once served as vice-president of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) and director of the university's academic committee, dean of the SUFE Business School, and member of the China Accounting Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance. Sun is now a senior professor at SUFE, vice-president of the Accounting Society of China, vice-president of the Shanghai Accounting Society, and independent director of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd.
Huang Jian, male, born in August 1969. Senior accountant with an MBA degree. Huang was previously the manager of the Finance Management Department of the Finance and Accounting Division of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation, vice-president and head of the Finance and Accounting Department of COSCO Logistics (Americas) Inc., CFO of COSCO Americas Inc., deputy general manager of Finance and Accounting Department of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation, and deputy general manager of Capital Management and Operation Division of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd. He currently serves as a director of SAIC Motor and the head of Capital Management and Operation Division of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd.
Hua Ende, male, born in August 1976, is a member of the CPC. Hua, an MBA graduate, holds a postgraduate degree and is an engineer. Previously, he served as secretary of the Youth League Committee of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Sales Co., Ltd. He also served as secretary of the Party Committee of the Headquarters Division of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., deputy director of the Party Committee Office and Manager of the Compliance Department of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. Hua was also deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co., Ltd., secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and chairman of the Labor Union of Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co., Ltd.
